My dental office experienced a water leak at the main line which required repair and interactions with the city of Austin. Spot-On not only did the repairs promptly and efficiently, they worked around my clinic hours so my business was not interrupted. Amy kept me fully informed via texts, calls and emails Experienced professionals who provide excellent customer service are rare these days. I HIGHLY recommend you become a loyal customer of Spot-On. We first used their services in Dec 2021 when a cold snap froze a water line at my brand new home in Round Rock. Scott came out on a Saturday night and fixed my problem in subfreezing temps I am a loyal fan of this business and encourage everyone to enjoy amazing customer service and excellent results

I called the company to replace a garbage disposal. Scott realized my sink was damaged & helped me find someone to repair it, which was hugely helpful. The repairs went well, the technicians were on-time & pleasant to work with. Price-wise because of my sink it was more costly than anticipated, but the problems were solved by conscientious people, which isn't always the case!

These two guys were amazing. Extremely informative. Answered every question I had. Gave me a bit of advice regarding the soon to die garbage disposal. Showed me every thing. Did such a nice job putting things back together and in place. This should always be your go to plumbing company. I know it will be mine!

Spot On Plumbing arrived on time and had my leak issues diagnosed within 10 minutes. Within 90 minutes the pipe was replaced and no more leak. Nick was quick, efficient and courteous. Will use them again if the need arises.

Great experience with Spot-On Plumbing. Have now used them several times in the past few months. Communication is always easy and thorough. We had a leak in our tankless water heater during the recent freeze. I obtained several quotes--pricing was fair and was actually 1/2 the price of another plumbing company. Was able to replace it the next day while I was at work on a Saturday. The owners Scott and Amy, arranged to come back on another day to show me how to prevent that from happening again as well as gave me advice on another project. Highly recommend 10/10

Showed up same day, changed out our water heater because of massive corrosion on our tank, even replaced the toilet that they did not initially come out to fix. They took care of all our plumbing issues at a low cost and impressively installed everything beautifully! They cared and were careful throughout all their work, heard all of our concerns. Addressed the issues and even taught us how to better care for our water heater! They took the time, didnt rush and spent good time working continuously on our issues. 100+ stars I would give these guys! Thank you for all your time and attention to detail! I was not home (my husband was) at the time the repairs were being made. That didn't stop Nick from staying in contact with me to ensure we were on the same page as to what repair was needed. He also informed me of other areas that will need my attention in the very near future. He didn't try to sell me any services, just informed me so I know how to proceed. Scott & Dan kicked ass. Spot-On Plumbing is the type of contractor you want. Scott helped us work through a solution in a way that saved us money and vocalized sensitivity to our expenses as new homeowners. Dan executed the work well and preemptively raised a red flag when he foresaw a potential for damage in the installation. No problems occurred, but we appreciate that he gave us the option to be ready for a problem and the potential to stop and reassess if we wanted.

Same day replacement water heater with a great attention to detail!

I had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Spot-On Plumbing was able to come fix it within the hour! Matthew was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He answered all my questions and fixed my bath tub faucet with ease. Amazing work and Ill be using Spot-On for all my future plumbing needs!

Just got a new garbage disposal with them! Called them cause it was malfunctioning, they gave me several options for repair or replacement and chose to get it replaced with them. They were super thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend them!

Called because I tried and failed to fix a running toilet. Super nice guy came out talked to me about options and pricing then ended with a suggestion that I try again. Felt like a "you can do it, champ" moment, so I gave it another try and got it working. Saved me $300+ on a toilet rebuild. I can't speak to their plumbing, but he certainly seems like a great guy. Would call again!
